Life gets hard and challenges throw a curve in our lives, and sometimes you just need someone who can listen well and to offer strength, hope and maybe some direction along the way. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, I am here to listen well and to work collaboratively with you in finding solutions to some of life’s problems and to help you get to a place of “shalom,” or peace and wholeness in your life. I do that through a person-centered approach where we come together in the therapy process and work toward where you want to be.

Drawing on 20 years of ministry in the church and 15 years in the mental health field, I feel my experiences have given me the ability to work with individuals with various issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotional distress, behavioral issues, and general life stresses. Together we can work on developing a plan and identify tools that will help you make changes that will get you closer to where you want to be in life.
